1. Travel/exposure history will be taken.
2. We will check the body temperature prior to treatment.
3. All patients will be required to sanitize their hands upon arrival.
4. If using the restroom or exiting and reentering our office, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer we provided upon reentry.
5. Please inform us if you are currently experiencing a fever, cough or difficulty breathing.
6. Please note that we will be limiting social distancing, including handshaking as a means of decreasing possible transmission of Coronavirus (Covid-19).
7. Please bring light jacket or sweater because the office will be kept cold.
